10 Play Pass Details

  • Each Play Pass is valid for one child and up to 2 adults; siblings under 6 months can enter for free. Guests can redeem multiple passes simultaneously for siblings.
  • These play passes can only be used for open play; classes and events require separate passes.
  • No refunds are available once a pass is purchased, and any unused passes will be forfeited.
  • Please be aware that all play sessions and playdates must be utilized within 365 days (1 year from the date of purchase) or they will expire.

Membership

  • No refunds are available once a membership is purchased, regardless of how often this was used.
  • Family membership packages are also available, this includes up to 4 children, who will be registered after purchase.
  • These play passes can only be used for open play; classes and events require separate passes.
